New Year’s Wear Part 4 – All Black Everything

Start with something black. If you’re anything like me, black is always the easiest go to color. Black makes you look skinny (awesome), black makes you feel skinny (even better), black is sleek, black is sexy, black is all around pretty amazing. Not to hate on color (I see you color and still like you), but black is just easy to fall back on. Black will always have your back.

Ok now I’m rambling. Let’s get to the actual outfit details. Both the sweater and leggings are BCBG and perfect to pair together or with other items. BCBG tends to run a little big so I usually size down in most items. I’m wearing an XS in the leggings and an XS in the sweater.

The faux leather leggings and over the knee boots dress this outfit up enough to make it NYE appropriate. I love this sweater because you can leave the long pieces hanging in the back or wrap them around and tie them in the front. Either style looks great, it just depends on how much skin you’re trying to show ?
